Networking: OM PartyEvents UG is a member of Clubcommission Berlin e.V., This is an association which deals with issues surrounding club culture and the event scene in Berlin and beyond.

“Clubcommission Berlin has been a registered association since the year 2000 and is made up of organisers of club, party and cultural events in Berlin. We support our members with industry-specific education, advice, public relations, networking, and framework agreements. As the voice of the Berlin club scene, we ensure that public and economic policy takes account of the issues which concern our members.

Olaf Möller, graduated geograph (urban geography with administration and building law) and is the managing director and proprietor of OM PartyEvents UG. Olaf Möller has over 20 years of experience in the area of parties and events, as well as the creative and culture sectors. In 2005 he began managing the techno club “FATEclub”, which he and his business partner then sold at the beginning of 2011. During this period he founded OM PartyEvents UG. He is its sole managing director and shareholder.

Lobbying and involvement in politics are an important part of what he does. At the beginning of 2011 the members of the Clubcommission Berlin e.V. elected him 1st Chairman of the Executive Committee, what he did until end 2016.

He has the role of political spokesman in the executive committee of the national association “LiveMusikKommission”, the association of music players in Germany (LiveKomm)“, which was founded at the end of May 2012.

The entire team of OM PartyEvents UG dedicates itself with pure passion and professionalism, as well as a sense of fun and good spirits, to everything to do with parties and other events. Project management
Project management and leadership in the area of culture management or event management are part of our core activities. In addition to a milestone plan, a timetable, an action plan, and the necessary team meetings, documentation concerning all of the individual areas of the project is also essential for successful project management. It is possible to view the planning progress for the event at any time, all of those involved know their tasks, and effective controls or also project management are transparent and ultimately result in a successful (large) event or in accountable, comprehensive project management. We can also deliver sub-projects with all quality features.
Consultancy services
We offer consultancy services for the following issues:

Event management
Our speciality is the conception, planning and realisation of events/parties, or of individual elements thereof. The nicest praise you can have as an event organiser is when a guest is impressed. We work with passion towards reaching this goal. Our aim is fun and success for both you and us!
Venue search & technical equipment
We can undertake the search for suitable venue. We have contact with many owners of clubs and party venues, as well as other venues (restaurants, bars, lounges etc.). We will find the right venue for the occasion! Our many years of experience with technical equipment for events and technicians will ensure the success of your event or party.
Finding a sponsor
The larger and more well-known you or our event is, the more interesting it is for sponsors. A catchy party idea also includes the search for suitable sponsors, if required or if this is advised by us. We already work with many sponsors already – from drinks manufacturers and event equipment to (non-) everyday products.
Promotion, marketing
We can develop advertising concepts (also in cooperation with partner agencies), photographers, place advertisements in various media, organise print and digital advertising material, as well as press relations work.
Human resources services
Are you looking for trained staff for your event, e.g. barkeepers, cloakroom attendants, or security staff? Just tell us the number and required skills and we will do the rest!

Advertising, marketing
Concepts, campaigns & press relations work
We develop and deliver advertising concepts (also in cooperation with partner agencies), arrange photographers and videos, place advertisements in various media, social media (Facebook etc.), arranging advertising material for radio/TV, print and digital, and other advertising media – from regional to nation and international!
Press relations work not only involves us placing advertisements, it means we also retain editorial control.
DJ-bookings
We arrange only specially selected national and international DJs and artists. The DJs guarantee a superb sound – something we particularly attach importance to! From retro sounds to modern beats – it all depends on your musical taste. Our speciality is in the area of techno, electro and house, but we also have other music genres in our portfolio. Those artists that make it into our portfolio provide an excellent performance in their particular metier.
Artist bookings
We are sure to find the right artist for your event. No matter which musical genre, whether it be a singer or musician, VJ, gogo dancers, strip shows, circus shows or another type of show – we know how and where to book and artist. Of course, booking also involves professional organisation – possibly involving contractual law, travel arrangements, carrying out the wishes of artists and event organisers.
Moderation, speeches
Moderation
We can arrange one of our moderators trained in communication skills for your information event, speech or discussion event.
Vorträge
By prior arrangement, Olaf Möller also gives speeches on (current themes to do with) the music business, club culture and political lobbying.
